I have a friend who wishes to visit philadelphia after hearing that the smack prices are low for good product. He wuz also told that it wuz pretty easy to find corner dealers. Where would my friend have to look and are these facts true? He doesn't need specific streets or anything just ideas of where to look. I mean if u have a friend who knows and maybe can help my friend.
Any help?

Ummmm you should just do a search on one of the local Philly newspapers. I saw an MSNBC special about a year ago on the open-air heroin market of Philly. They said that that market had the highest purity of street heroin ranging from like 80-90% purity. Which is very good to say the least.
Just check the news archives, I'm sure you will find something there or do a search.
Be careful though. THAT part of Philly is mad dangerous and you really don't belong there if you're white. You'll stick out like a sore thumb. If you must go, stay in the car and signal to one of the *MANY* corner dealers.
BTW he's not asking for a drug connection. He just wants to know WHERE to score, which is understandable. I don't see anything wrong with this. Cops know of these spots. Philly has one of the most NOTORIOUS OPEN AIR HEROIN MARKET IN THE WORLD.

i understood his where to score as pretty much looking for a connection... not direct names but in the general jist
but its true, a very open air market is run there... to the extent they yelled out their product at you as you are driving by...
and you can find anything and everything there,

i would be careful i remember when my favorite spot got busted... i turned a cornor seeing the dealer standing there to look over my shoulder at the cop van down the alley just waiting...
it seems they co operate with the cops sometimes so be careful, having an out of state licence plate helps and using the im soooo lost story

why would the dealers team up to hit the buyers/ this makes no sense to me....

i used the ohh goood i am so lost story once.... in a rope and dope with a dealer i used to go to all the time, i hadnt hit up the spot in a few weeks and it was during street's crack down...
my friend was driving her nj plate car with about seven of us in it... it was up near temple area...
she had an out of state licence which was cool and her car, obviously, hadnt been tagged. we told the officer we were just looking for south street, we wanted to go to tower records to see manson there for a signing. they busted our chops for a while for having a packed car, did the whole 'no way youre not lost youre here for dope' deal and then let us go.

oh dear, ^^^^^ looks like a detailed guide of getting drugs, which i believe is a violation worthy of death, or worse, thread closure.
