Phenylheptylamines?

Can anyone tell me anything of these? Are they known for posessing euphoric qualities or nay? Any personal experiences with any?

Strict opioid agonists? or is there possible hybrid NMDA antagonist - mu agonist existent among them? Such as Ketobemidone is for I beleive phenylpiperidines.

Known for any particularly strong potency?

The parent for all these compounds is methadone. Methadone does have some NMDA antagonist activity (why it's the best opioid for neuropathic pain). Beyond that, it's a massive field for study

More like the most useful for SUSTAINING neuropathic pain relief. Most well designed regimens apply the idea of breakthrough pain relief vs sustained (methadone being quite good for the latter)
