I was wondering what the best ways to take Phentermine are. Right now I am taking 30 mg once a day. Haven't really lost my appetite, just been starving myself. I used to do speed everyday and I"m trying to find a new way to lose the weight I gained when quitting speed. I exercise daily.
 
^ I don't know a lot about phentermine but if it's not suppressing your appetite is it really worth taking it? It works in a similar way to amphetamines, so I would be worried that you've just switched one drug habit for another, very similar one..

Do you plan on taking it forever? If not, what happens after you stop and you start to gain weight? How will you keep the weight off? If you plan to take it forever, have you researched the potential adverse effects? Popping a pill every day to keep weight down doesn't sound like a healthy idea (physically and psychologically)..

Far better to develop a healthy diet and lifestyle, exercise plenty and lose weight that way - it will be far more sustainable and doesn't involve taking psychoactive chemicals that could potentially cause you harm as well as leading to a psychological addiction. That's presuming you are overweight in the first place.

I'd have to agree with effie. I have taken Duromine (Phentermine) a number of times over my time, and it ain't a nice pharmaceutical! Drives me nuts after a few days so doesn't work for me for weight loss, just if I need to stay up or an extra boost.

Do you know there is a 40mg dose? I find both very different, 40's make me feel all weird, much prefer 30's :)
 
You still need to eat food. Replacing food (and liquids and vitamins...) with stimulants may be a quick fix, but it won't work for very long at all.
