Phentermine + MDMA

So my Mrs. is on Phentermine (Duromine) and we are planning on rolling balls on the 10th of September. My question is, how long before does she have to stop taking her Phentermine before taking MDMA?

Phentermine is a methamphetamine and a phenethylamine- I love it. I'm not certain what the appropriate wait time should be, because there's not a ton of data on the combo- in some cases, she may simply need a couple days off, in other cases, it may be a matter of weeks. Being that MDMA is also a methamphetamine and a phenethylamine, a cross tolerance is bound to be an issue.

Phentermine doesn't have a huge affinity for either serotonin or dopamine, instead acting primarily on norepinepherine. MDMA is almost the reverse so I wouldn't predict a significant cross-tolerance issue, so whilst a precise answer is not possible without actual experience, I'd fall on the side of days and not weeks.

Obv though the longer time off the phentermine, the better.
