Phentermine and neck spasm

hi,

just yesterday, i got prescription of Duromine 15mg 30 caps for $XX

I took abt 20 caps

it was around 11am. got a nice boos feeling

It was frightening.


my hands were trembling.


this lasts till now

anyone can advice me?

I would suggest you to go seek medical assistance IMEDIATELY!
 
Phentermine's LD50 is adult monkeys is 15 to 20 mg/kg. Symptoms of overdose include delirium, mania, self-injury, marked hypertension, tachycardia, arrhythmia, hyperpyrexia, convulsion, coma, and circulatory collapse.

Dude that is a shitload of phentermine you have taken, I gotta agree with Headdah that you ought to seek medical attention immediately. A quick search shows normal doses to be 15mg to just under 40mg once daily and you have massively exceeded that and got adverse effects, don't gamble with your life dude, in future you should probably research a substance a bit more before taking such a ridiculous dose.
 
lastnite i took phentermine,fluvoxamine,pseudoephedrine+loratidine,tramadol, xanax, clonazepam, nicorette inhaler.

i was on skype with friend suddenly my eys rolled upwards,my neck spasm that till now i cant lift my face


i feel like my jaw n neck muscles contracted.


i use all the meds above, only yesterday i got prescription of duromine n fluvoxamine


i need advice

go to an emergency room or a GP that is open on a sunday and tell them what you took. they will be able to help.

ring 000 if you have no one to take you there immediately.
 
Phentermine here also comes in 40mg.
Back then, I took Tenuate ( Diethylpropion) , with good effect, my mood became brighter and i could focus better, felt less hungry.

As I do Fitness to.

So I thought, with 15mg of Phentermine, it's a child's dosage, so in the morning I took around 6, afternoon 8, another 6 after dinner.



I guess, my opinion, it's not the Phentermine causing it, but the interactions as i am also taking it with :

- Fluvoxamine
-Xanax
-Clonazepam,
-Tramadol
- Pseudoephedrine + Loratadine
- Nicorette inhaler

Now I am confused, which drug actually interact with which other drug that causes me like this?

I need advice from expert.

if you're coherent enough to type and not worried about seeing a professional; doctor; then use a drug interaction checker available online and check the interactions out. the side effects of each drug are going to playing their role as well.

you haven't listen doses for the other drugs but it's safe to assume you went way overboard and need some professional help to look over you now.

NO interactions between Phentermine and Fluvoxamine. As Psychiatrists often prescribed SSRI like Fluvoxamine and Dexamphetamine( which is stronger).

As with Tramadol and Epilim, I took it for 3 months without side effects.

as with Pseudoephedrine, it's kind of weak pre cursor of MDMA. No problem with that, I took it before daily to cut up my body fats.

Now...Epilim...... I have no idea....... maybe that's the culprit...

Any advice?

After taking such lucrative cocktails of drugs at such insane dosages like this case you really want to be seeking medical attention not asking for advice on the internet.

I dont know the mechanisms of action of every drug on that big fat list, but just at a glance and from the whacky variety of things your taking I'd say a bad interaction is definately a possibility. Are you getting all these scripted from the same doctor? If not, are your other prescribers aware of all the meds you are taking?

But case in point. Go to a damn doctor!!! Fess up and deal with the consequences, you cant treat yourself, not can a bunch of randoms off the internet.

I appreciate it. Yes I see 2 GPs, a psychiatrist and a Neurologist, and an Andrologist who prescribed Testosterone.

for once, I really do have to agree with leftwing... GO SEE A FUCKN DOCTOR!!! your askin a bunch of randoms cunts on teh internetzzz that cann only really give (very little) personal advice or whip up some bullshit from google which any cunt can do....
