Why are u asking about this obscure opioid?

You aren't going to find much info on this one. It isn't manufactured medicinally and is simply one of the hundreds of opioids that have been produced, but ultimately not made it's way into pharmacopia for 1 reason or another.

It is quite potent (I think about 50X stronger than morphine).

Is Phenomorphan a "RC" ----> a research chemical?
Can it be ordered from a chem. Supply company?

Also have you or anyone had experience with Dermorphin, a RC peptide? There's no real consensus on the recreational value of it nor its safety/toxicity. Possibly b/c there were only a few reports by people who'd actually taken the drug. Also I believe it needs to be stored @ -20 degrees F. at all times so that may be a factor....

There are no effective RC opioids and even if there were they are either novelties (not hardcore street opioids, dermorphin is definitely not one!) or rapidly fall under control/legal scrutiny (O-desmethyltramadol). There's a dermorphin thread (use the search function) but the general consensus is it's non-recreational.

Also, we don't discuss sourcing. But think to yourself, do you really think a substance related to opium alkaloids, invented many years ago, that's 50x as strong as morphine, would be readily obtainable on the internet?
