Phenobarbital and fentanyl, very slow breathing and nodding, should I be worried?

About an hour ago I took 100mg or maybe 200mg of pheno and 600mcg of fentanyl, I don't clearly remember, now I have breathing difficulties and uncontrollable nodding, should I call 999 at this point?
 
well, I'd call 911 not 999 if I had to do anything.. but to be honest, its totally on you.

have you been through this before? difficulties breathing how? just having a hard time catching your breathe? if you are that fucked up how did you find a way to even post on this board w/o any problems aside from that 911 thing!

the nod comes w/ pheni/fent combo, easily. you should expect that nod. have you combined these two before? did you know what to expect?

again, the 911 is totally ON YOU; if you do not feel safe, then call 911 and BE HONEST W/ THEM. DO NOT WASTE TIME AND SAY YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.
 
Well in the UK it's 999. When I said uncontrollable nodding, I meant that I pass out every 15-20mins, without my control, however 125mg of Dexedrine fixed the problem (since I don't have any stim tolerance). I found x25 5mg tabs and downed them all. I feel a bit better now.
 
ohhhhhhhh, youre a UK guy, no wonder! I didnt pick up on that somehow and wasnt aware of 999!

If you think you are going to OD and may be at risk of dying you need to seek medical attention. Many people die each year of easily avoided over doses and you can bet a percentage of them had a chance to do something and did not heed the warning signs. I understand everyone wants a second opinion to know they are making the right call but this is one of the few situations where no one can answer that but you. Coming and asking here gives you the chance to be lulled into a state of false security and you may pass in your sleep because someone said "oh you should be ok"

For this reason I am closing the thread under GET HELP IF YOU THINK YOU NEED IT AND DONT WASTE TIME BY ASKING THE INTERNET IT MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE.
