Misc Phenibut withdrawal or overdose?

I took a pretty high dose (7 grams or more) of phenibut 11 to 12 hours ago. And im feeling dizziness, muscle twitches, visual disturbances and more... Is it from taking a to high dose or is it withdrawal? i only took it once on monday.

I think it can take long to kick in as far as i remember so that extends the perceived duration possibly.

Lol 7g, that seems high. I would like 2-3g for decent effects.

I suggest tapering from using high doses of phenibut. The WD isn't as bad as some make it out to be in my experience. I quit a 6g a day habit with no discomfort using benzos.
