Benzos Phenibut W/ds...again

Ok so im on my second go around of phenibut w/d, cold turkey.

I finished a 100g tub in 13 days. /:

I'm on day 4 and still feeling pretty shitty.

It also probably doesnt help that on day 2 i got wasted, day 3 was horrific!

Anyways, Ifinally got approved for 60 .5 mg xanax
Im hoping this will help get me through this.

I felt like i was dying when i got my script 7 hours ago (12m), so i ripped open the packaging, unscrewed the bottle and popped 6, for a total of 3mg. This is how much i used to take and enjoy without being too fucked up. I think that is a little too much now though, because between about 2:30 and 3 pm i passed out for anap.

3 and a half (330pm) hours later I took 1 .5mg pill along with a 5 hour energy cuz i was on my way to chill with my gf and i didnt wanna be all zonked out in front her.

I felt pretty good while at her house, maybe a little less talkative then normal, but overall good.

Im starting to feel crappy again, probably because my last "real" dose was now 7 hours ago.

I wish I could reply for how much i should take next but i dont want to wait any longer.

So I'm about to take 4 pills (2mg), which im hoping will be the last dose tonight.

After that though, how should i be dosing this?

And its NOT a bad idea to be taking xanax to fiend of phenibut withdrawals is it?!

Most people phenibut w/d lasts 5-7 days...if thats the case i should be fine by Wednesday at the lasted.

Im just hoping that me getiing drunk on day 2 didnt prolong it! (alcohol and phenibut DO both act on GABA-B!)

You don't want to change your addiction to benzos.

If you were to use benzos to get you through a couple of weeks of opiate withdrawal, then Xanax is NOT the right benzo to be taking.
If you have to use benzos then go back and get the right "tools" for the job.

The Xanax will have you under it's control at a point where you think to yourself, Jesus, I need my Xanax to function, and the rest is history.

At least you have a much better chance using a long acting benzo for your situation.

You will run out in 10 days at the most, you got 60 x 0.5mg pills right?
On your first day you've already taken 13 tablets in one day.

And then what are you going to do?

I can't see Xanax having any positive effect on your withdrawal or your "spur of the moment" decisions to just take any amount.

Hope you can see it from where I am sitting.
Diazepam would have been the right drug, but I don't think any benzo would be of medicinal value to you after reading your post.
I'm "shooting from the hip" here so nothing personal, but stay away from benzos, especially Xanax.
The self-control just isn't there (I'm the same so I'm not pointing fingers), I mean it snuck up on you in one day.

I hope you get some more advice and wish you the best with your w/d's.
I'll leave it at that.
