Misc Phenibut questions

So my Phenibut came yesterday morning. I have been on a 5 day GHB bender, and am looking for a good dose of phenibut to take the edge off some of the GHB withdrawal (general edginess, some tachycardia etc)..

Also - this phenibut powder tastes quite nasty, anyone recommend anything 2 mix with? What is a good dose, 2-3 grams?

I wouldn't take anymore than 2 grams, anything more than that and I get a killer hangover the next day. Your best off taking two 1 gram doses spread out over some time, like 4-6 hours. As far as physically taking it goes, you should put it into parachute made out of a single ply of toilet paper. That's the easiest method Ive found for ingesting large amounts of powder. If I had spare time I'd fill up capsules with it sometimes, takes a little longer to kick in though.

The phenibut should help alot with whatever withdrawal effects you may be experiencing from the GHB.

It has a pretty subtle but enjoyable buzz, mixes good with beer if you don't over due it.
