So I started with my normal dosage of 250mg and was wondering why I wasn't feeling the head change I did a couple days ago. So I dosed my normal 1000mg of phenibut and the reaction came a hour later I noticed a strong head change and almost like what Bali does to me. I dosed my first phenibut at 1:00AM And that is why the change was so apparent.
