Phenibut - First Time User - *UPDATE

Well im still alive and the 100mg Diazepam was not a typo, infact that is a very low/sensible dose for somebody as tolerant to Benzos as myself, so in total i dosed 3 grams Phenibut which was not too many hours after i had dosed 200mg Oxycodone, the thing i did notice was that i kept falling asleep.

I drank only maybe 1 small glass of wine.

I didnt notice any extra relaxation or anxiety relief from the Phenibut, i was particulary hoping for some relief from my social anxiety which never arrived, even many hours after my dosing, hence the reason i took the Diazepam.

I did sleep well, although that could of had more to do with the Oxy and the Diazepam/Wine than anything else.

Today i feel light headed and slightly drunk yet quite aggitated and i have aches and pains in my knees etc which i never suffer.

so....a mod warned you about taking stupid doses/combinations of downers, but you did it anyway?
no wonder you're agitated.
