Hi,
when I use phenibut, then I often consume sveral grams about several hours. Is there some info at which dosage phenibut gets toxic? I use them with my amphetamines. So I stay awake, but it seems that I need more phenibut. I heard that benzodiazepines at high doses or at normal long term use, can cause long lasting (months or years!) withdrawal symptoms.
Also I have another question... When I use phenibut, then in the beginning I only get a reduction in anxiety. But if I take it over two days withothen it changes its effect and gets stronger.
It's like I get a feeling after taking mdma. Its a warm feeling in the gut, I get very communicative and want to feel very close to people. I didn't have the impression that when I take more phenibut in the beginning, that I reach this phase earlier. But remind that I always take after aproximately 5 mg amphetamines for adhd. Very interesing is that I noticed a similar effect with the amphetamines. The beginning of the effect feels much more intense when I not have sleeped the night before. What is the underlying mechanism? Also in general often my mood ist often better when I not have slept the day before. But the much stonger effect of phenibut sounds a bit weird. Ideas? Has thsi some
