I got some phenibut. Bulk powder. Of course there is no medical package information leaflet.
It's a dietary supplement in the United States and probably something as a research chemical in most EU states. So it's not possible to download such a package information leaflet.
I think it's a medicament in Russia but I don't speak Russian so it's no use in searching for a Russion package information leaflet.
So I have to believe what I find in drug discussion forums in the internet.
A usual dose shall be 500-1500mg. Bioavailability shall be low (oral or rectal at around 3% only).
It shall take up to 3 hours until onset of effects when used orally, 1.5 hours when used rectally but only 5 minuets when used sublingually.
For oral dose I read values from 800-1500mg but only 100mg-150mg for the same effect when used sublingually.
Is there really such a big difference (in onset time and dosage) between oral and sublingual use?
I couldn't find real (proved) information. Nearly everything I found were just reports from some people who tried it by themselves.
I don't know where I read this and I can't remember the exact value but I know that I read about the pH of phenibut and this was a value that seemed to low (or was it too high?) to keep it under the tongue. Maybe long time sublingual use would be not good for the teeth, I think. But that's no so important now.
Has anybody experience with sublingual use of phenibut? How long do I need to keep it under the tongue until everything is dissolved/resorbed over mucous membrane?
When it's good dissolvable in water then it's probably also possible to snort that stuff. Maybe it gives you a terrible feeling in your nose. I don't know. Any information on snorting? Experiences?
Would it be possible to inject this stuff?

I read that combination with aclohol would give you GHB-like effects but otherwise I often read warnings not to mix it with alcohol.
Combination with baclofen shall also be avoided.
