In my experience they USED to synergize extremely well. Not like combining either with alcohol. It gave a nice smooth relaxation. Dial it back to 1 of each first if you're worried. 2g of phenibut will usually give me a hangover like feeling the next day. They two no longer seems to synergize together all that great for me anymore since I rarely feel recreational effects from phenibut anymore.
