Phenergran + Oxynorm

Just a quick question.... how much do you take of the phenergan
before you take the oxy? i have purchased 25mg tablets..do i take 1
or 2 tablets or more to get the greatest benefit from them? and
also how long in advance do i dose on the phenergan? 1hour?
2hours? more?

Or do i wait until after ive taken the oxy?

Ive also consumed 20mg Flunitrazepam (dont panic i have a ridiculous tolerance)
Any help appreciated in the name of harm reductioj

Try taking 25mg, about a half hour before you dose your oxy (or at the same time).

If the 25mg doesn't do anything, you can go ahead and take another, but be ware that it may make you sleepy.

Promethazine tends to cause sedation at even lower doses. Start low and see how it works for you, you may not need that much...

you may not even like its effects on the high.

It might make the high dull and boring. If you are in pain, I recommend it, but for getting high... not so much.

I would cut one of those 25 mg tablets in half andabout 30 minutes before you dose. In general, it's a pretty useless drug- you might be better off just taking 50 mg of diphenhydramine and 8 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.

anywhere from half a tablet to a full 25mg tablet should be sufficient for potentiation/sedation. you can tritrate slowly but with it's anti-chollinergic effects it has the potential to cause delerium in the higher dose.
