Opioids Phenergan Potenation

Now i have a long term chronic problem whereas i take a various amount of opiates to help me fight the pain, now my dosages dont do as wel as they should for me and i have been advised a few times by various sources/friends etc that adding a 25mg Phenergan(promethazien) will increase the effects meaning i wont have to feel like i need to take more painkillers which is what i want, i want to feel the full effect of 1 tablet as it should be, now i know all about dependence etc and how youll never get that first high back bla bla


I just need to know without doing something stupid if 25mg phenergan tablet will increase/potenate say diazepam, tramadol, codeine for example.
 
It will enhance sedation for any depressants AFAIK. It doesn't necessarily feel better, it just makes you lower.
Im trying to get the promethazine OUT of my codeine/promethazine syrup right now ha. I have no clue how to do it.
