it's because of the rather successful government smear campaign. kind of like GHB. nobody wants to do GHB cus if they have the stuff people assume they are a rapist. if you do PCP then you're made to believe you'll go eat people or punch through walls and throw cops 50 feet through the air.
same thing they are trying to do with "bath salts" right now. they couldn't find any real evidence why it's dangerous, or they are just too lazy, so they are attributing any random act of violence across the country to "bath salts", then 2 weeks later when the tox screen comes back.... they're no where to be found.
