Benzos Phenazepam/Phenibut in Russia

Im gonna fly to Russia this summer. Ive read that Phenazepam and Phenibut are otc there. Are they still or did it change?
I dont like benzos. Ive tried Dia, Lora, Alpra and they were boring, only Lorazepam had once a pleasant effect but the 2nd time it was boring too.
So should i try Phenazepam/Phenibut or would the be boring too? Sry for my bad english im not american.
