Phenazepam liquid suspension

Ok so I've received 500mg of phenazepam as well as AMT and MDAI this morning in the post. But this is about the phenaz. Am planning on using it very sparingly or am condisdering replacing it for my valium due to it's longer effects in order to taper. I have no scales so am looking into getting it into some sort of liquid for more accurate dosing. I've heard Propylene Gycol (sp) is what I should use. I was hoping for something I could pop down the shop and find though. Would any other kind of alcohol work?

High proof vodka or Everclear works. Polyethylene glycol or propylene glycol work too.

Do not attempt to make a suspension - only a solution. I doubt your phenazepam powder is milled evenly. And pick up some blue/green food coloring and put it in the solution so that nobody confuses it for "real" alcohol.

Ok cheers. Where are you most likely to find high proof alcohol? Like I'm pretty sure they don't sell it down at my newsagent lol. Hardware stores? Chemists?
Don't really know where to start my search lol.
