Phenazepam has entirely ruined my life and it won't this time. I have some knowledge this time around so that I won't fuck up and stop the party.
1. no black out dossing - you know when it's gone too far when you get wobbly, feel euphoria and spilling and dropping things.
2. No dosing more than once every two days; ppam lasts a long time and the axiolytic effects last quite long as well, even if you're not high, it's still okay.
3. No mixing with alcohol, turned into a disaster every time
4. Keep a safe place for your ppam, if it gets lost or stolen you will be facing the worst life-threatening withdrawals imaginable.
5. Always keep a steady supply; don't get lazy and do it in a few days, get your stuff in on time always or you will hurt and/ die.
6. When things get rough, switch to valium, and a host of supplements listed all over.
7. If you start to notice that you're balance is off and that you're slurring your words and falling over - CUT BACK ON IT!!!! wean yourself back down and stop taking too much.
This benzo isn't really recreational unless you tow the blackout line. It is however a great axiolytic. The half-life is incredible so watch that build up and you'll be fine.
Are these harm reduction principles unreasonable? As I am on phenazepam atm and it skews my line of thinking sometime.
