This has got sweet fuck all to do with any anti CBD/THC new drug /anti cannabis as they've already said the drug has got nothing to do with cannabis despite earlier gutter journo cunt reports.
But hey ho wouldn't be the first time we're being lied to...

I just read that article and what shocked me more was that, on the right hand side of the page, under 'don't miss', there are over 300 celebrity gossip stories. Beneath the gossip stories they have 50 headlines, and not even all of those could be considered news. Save us all.

In my perhaps simple view RC s are and have been with us for years.

Was LSD not unknown until the 60's? No one knew what it really did until loads of people took it?

There always will be the for and against. We are only just understanding this body we inhabit to move us around this existence.

Those that take risks those that don't.

Taking RC or any other drug is always a gamble. Most OC and prescription drugs have a long list of possible nasty side effects and sure that consumer and Englandz have seen a few reactions to supposed benign and clinical tested ones.

Hell im sure anti malarial had massive impact on my own personal mental health for a long time after I stopped taking it. More so than any drug (illegal or RC taken). A drug that had gone through supposed clinical trials etc.

But for me buying RC reduces risk.

I see more risk for an inexperienced user buying a pill or powder in a club or on the street (Violence included) than actually buying something from an online RC vendor.

We EADD are informed because we have a general interest in drugs (addiction aside).

But if someone asked me to choose for them and I had too between a powder from an RC company, of which I could at least presume it was supposedly, or a completely Unknown powder from a Random then the answers pretty obvious which one I'd choose.

RC makes the money on return purchase as does a drug dealer who you know rather than one you bump into by chance or limited association.

Unfortunately by taking any drug we run the risks associated. As do those who undertake trial. Humans are and always will be gamblers. We be boring if we weren't. I may win the lottery I probably won't I may die - we all die.

Central/Eastern Europe is absolutely unbelievable on the subject of drugs. It also serves as a pretty good example of what happens when you enact archaic laws and brutal punishments for drug offences, refuse to provide any information on safe injection or access to sterile needles, cram a massive population into tiny slums, don't provide adequate social security, pay most citizines a pittance and go to war every couple of years - you end up with clandestine synthesis of a drug 3x more potent than Heroin at a fraction of its cost, for both manufacturers and users, using OTC analgesics and bathtub chemistry that results in complete tissue necrosis due to contamination with Phosphorous, petrol, HCl, HI, Methanol, HNO3, H2SO4, H2S, SO3 and NOx in a population with massive incidence of HIV, Hep C, Tuberculosis and Pneumonia. Russia found that out.
Or you could end up more like Estonia where someone looked through a few patents and stumbled across the synthesis of a drug 60 times more potent than even Fentanyl; (cis-)3-Methyl-Fentanyl. Knocked up in a backwoods lab through relatively simple chemistry, a single gram is equipotent to 2kg of pure Heroin - almost overnight the Heroin market was replaced with inconsistent dilutions of a chemical weapon and over a thousand corpses.

But back on-topic:
It really ought to be remembered that this is the entire point of Phase I trials - to examine whether one of the compounds you have developed over several years costing many millions at the absolute cutting-edge of our collective human knowledge is gonna saponify the basal ganglia of <5% of people before the sample size is n=>7,000,000,000.

RC's + compulsive nature nearly killed me a few times. Particular this Christmas spent in hospital with a perforated duodenal - that I ignored for 4 days until it was just too much. 2nd perforated ulcer. Have duodentis. Which is a bit like some smacked you a bollocks of dig in the ribs the night before. I'll fill in why - imo - staying up for 14/18 days and mostly vaping 15g of 3-fmp is not clever.

And have killed many I've been acquainted with.

A painkiller that left one person dead and four others with suspected brain damage in a clinical trial in France had already killed several dogs in a previous test, according to French media.

Sources told French newspaper Le Figaro that a pre-clinical trial of the drug had left 'a number' of dogs dead and others with neurological damage.

This information was deemed of 'considerable importance' by Daniele Piomelli, professor of neurobiology and pharmacology at the University of California, Irvine.

'That could have been a real warning signal,' he told Le Figaro.

I've seen some downright noxious things turn up lately, being sold via head shop outlets, unwittingly. Black mamba brand cannabinoid smoke blends containing synthetics based on an indazole core, having a 1-(4-fluorobutyl) side chain. Not pretty, given even-numbered monofluorinated alkane sidechains turn to fluoroacetate via beta-oxidation. Shocking that, considering what abject, utter poison fluoroacetic acid, its salts and esters are. These are permanently damaging, cumulative poisons, and worst of all, extremely difficult to treat in case of poisoning, there isn't very much that can be done available to hospitals, save for life support measures, dialysis, plasmaphoresis to try and remove unbound toxin (I don't know if fluoroacetate can be dialysed or if its amenable to plasmaphoresis, just thinking out loud there really), and to put it in perspective, fluoroacetyl fluoroacetate has been considered for use as a chemical warfare agent, its certainly suited for it, these compounds are easily equal in toxicity to mid-level nerve agents of the organophosphate type.
 
Fluoroacetate is fucking terrifying. It does not get removed.
The covalent bonds it forms when it enters the mitochondria stop respiration dead in its tracks.
Once it's passed through the ECM that cell is dead. Apoptosis of every single cell it reaches is inevitable.

The only saving grace is the monofluoridation and ridiculous potency, nanomolar production of obligate cytotoxins should not be the positive...
 
It doesn't covalently bond, it gets metabolized to fluorocitrate, which enters the krebs cycle in place of citrate, and then goes and does a number on aconitase (no relation to the ion channel toxin aconitine, of wolfbane/monkshood fame/infamy)

Fluorine bonded with carbon does not like to let go, and has already sated its valence bonding needs, its NOT coming off and going on to halogenate anything else in vivo.

And as for monofluorination being a good thing, it isn't. Look at the respective lethal dose for fluoroacetic acid/its simple salts vs the equivalent di- or TFA salts. TFA isn't what I'd call my idea of good eating, but with greater than the one fluorine atom then its no longer of a suitable size sterically speaking to ass-rape one's electron transport chain.
 
Tangential to your important discussion on toxicity of SCRAs, I like that fluoroacetate is a naturally occuring product in Australia, and that there are plants that are capable of concetrating fluoride in low-fluoride soil so they can make more FAcOH, just because fuck you it's Australia.
 
There are a couple of liikewise highly toxic plant species occuring in south africa, gifblaar and gifbol,

There are plenty of plants in the UK that contain ethanedioic acid (oxalic acid), including even some that are considered edible ..... Although, that sounds almost benign in comparison to FCH2COOH ..... (Says she who has never actually passed a kidney stone, but suspects it isn't fun.)
