Adderall is a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine.
Amphetamines really don't have any synergies with other drugs. Although some people claim it goes well with cocaine and increases the effects of ketamine.
If you take amphetamines, it can somewhat cancel the effects of alcohol. You can generally drink like a fish and not feel drunk.
