tl;dr -> List good Pharmacology/Neurochemisty Books on Dissociatives/NMDA antagonists specifically, but other drugs too
Hello. I'm looking for layman understanding books on NMDA antagonists to learn about their receptor and biological action along with known studies. Citations unnecessary but more than welcome.
I'm basically looking for books like Soloman Snyder's "Drugs and the Brain", which is the best book I could find with the information I want. Unfortunately it was written in 1986 and he doesn't include dissociatives in his book. If anyone knows a more modern book with similar in-depth, well explained information; please suggest it as well.
I want the book(s) to be fairly in-depth and technical but not overly so. More of a hobby pharmacologist as opposed to layman.
Please list any you know that you found to be helpful information. On all psychoactive drugs, not just NMDA antagonists/dissociatives. But particularly on the latter. If the book is specifically about a specific dissociative feel free to list it -- I have Karl Jansen's "Dreams and Realities" and I can also strongly recommend this book above all others on ketamine.
Thanks a bunch guys! Links to websites with detailed lengthy coherent information is also welcome if you don't have a book suggestion.
