The pits of hell
I talked to my dr and I talked to my insurance company I was eligable for refill when I went in there to get all my scripts filled. The bitch even lied about making a submission to the insurance company. My dr and my insurance company are both filing formal complaints on this pharmacy for being discriminatory towards chronic pain patients and making it hard for them to get their medication.

So my insurance states when you have 75% of a controlled substance gone from your script you are eligable for refill. My dr said it's okay to get your script filled when it's easy for you so you don't have to make special trips to the pharmacy. Just a heads up for all of you who deal with this issue. Talk to your insurance company about the rules you will be suprised with what you find out.

I filed a complaint with the store manager and the techs that treated me like shit got suspended without pay for lying to me and treating me like shit. How can you trust a pharmacy that lies to you with your medication. Atleast the issue is being taken seriously. There is still hope for people in pain.

My girl runs into problems like this refilling her gabapentin, and it isn't even a controlled substance. Granted she's always scheming to get them early. The girls who work there alway give here problems so she talks directly to the pharmacist/owner. He fills it every time, maybe because the money is going into his pocket?

Some people. Who does she think she is? Your DR has a degree saying he can judge you pain, she doesn't! Self- righteous bitch. Serves her right. YAY for winning!

Good for you! I'm glad you spoke up and I hope this pharmacy gets dinged in a major way for treating you that way.

Where i live you can get your scripts three days early with or without insurance at any pharmacy. I call in my Valium and hydros three days early all the time when i have refills. ..but can not on my MS Contin unless my doc writes a new script with an earlier date. So give them Hell..!!
