Thought OD would be the best place to put this.

For anyone on prescription medication or using Rx meds recreationally and is unsure how they might react if combined with other things

This website allows you to add as many drugs as possible and flags any possible interactions with eachother or alcohol/food.

It's not an exhaustive list but there's a fair number of pharmaceuticals listed and a few illegal drugs too.

^Yeah, drugs.com also operates an online pill-identifier that I find very helpful to those who don't know their pill inscriptions, or if you just want to be extra safe.

I'd noticed the pill identifier but didn't know you could just search a drug and get a picture of what it should look like.
Nice one.

Yup...always be sure to check those blue footballs/basketballs to make sure you got alprazolam instead of ripped off by some bitch on HRT lol...my mom takes estradiol, and I've mistaken them for xanax before lol...

I use it all the time but one thing I don't like about it is it doesn't rate the danger of the drug combos and on some things they way over exaggerate the possible dangers of other drug combos such as with antidepressants and serotonin syndrome.

For ex. you'll get the same thing popping up when you put in a opiate/diphenhydramine combo as you would with opiate/benzo.

MONITOR: Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients.
