Peyote

I am interested in trying peyote and wondering if anyone here has any advice, concerns, experiences, or anything else they would like to share. Specifically does anyone know if peyote is better to take during night or day, or with people or alone (except for a spotter) how long will it last, and all that good stuff Thanks
