Pet Peeves

omg I just thought of my worst pet peeve ever.

I NEED to keep all of my expensive possessions in mint condition. Particularly electronics like computers, amplifiers, headphones, etc. I get pissed as fuck if anyone but me touches them, or if they get the slightest nick or imperfection.

Don't know why really, but I can't stand it if my shit is imperfect.

Oh, and I'm a bit of a compulsive hand-washer. I love the feeling of super-clean hands, gotta keep 'em that way. Plus I never liked germs too much...
 
When I got to someones apartment and the only thing they do is talk into their mic through their KAOSS pad and Monome...ok, only happened tonight but was very annoying

doesnt work! 1 clears the screen and even using redial won't work after pressing 1. is it just my phone?
 
I guess it is your phone. On my phone, if I'm looking at a number on the caller ID and I want to call it back, if it needs a 1 in front, all I have to do is press the 1 and then press talk and it dials the 1 and then the number from the caller ID. I thought they all worked like that. My phone is a cheap assed little Radio Shack phone.

But hey, I'm..."special" ;). (I'm number-dyslexic, so change is always a problem for me).
 
When people spell PROBABLY----------> prolly.

I'm sure they SAY it like that too. uuuughhh.
 
I can't stand people biting their nails. I used to have to walk out the room sometimes when my ex chewed hers. Oh and people walking behind me gets me really on edge. Not sure why it tenses me up so much but yeh...
 
One saying that pisses me of big time[ it does'nt make a matter ] what matter they on at.. and how do you make matter.. come on..

Well here in raining old belfast it seems that a lot of people use this saying, a friend i used to hang around with used it all the time..
Excample of context; i would say, [ mark would you skin up, and i will do us a coffee, a shit mark, there's no milk left ] and he would say..[ it dosnt make a matter ] At one point i got so stoned that i sat and counted in a 6 hour peirod around 13 times he used this saying:X :X :X

Well now i done my driving test and was asked at the end of it.. your driving along a motorway 4 lanes of traffic, which one is the fast lane!!!
[answer] Done of them is the fast lane, here in N.irland there all 70mph!!
But i do know were your coming from:\
 
I just thought of quite a silly one today. Blurry pictures of ecstasy pills. Why even share it? It's a pink blob, it doesn't convey anything to me except your inability to use your camera.

adding to this, 4 lanes of bumper to bumper traffic. in fact, here in L.A. we had spreads of 6 lanes going each direction and all 6 lanes, both directions are bumper to bumper traffic. ridiculous.
 
^ and every car has one person in it?

i was on the freeway near my house the other day and i came across a short tailback - maybe a quarter of a mile, all four lanes.

it was caused because the freeway exit has a pretty short slip road and the light at the bottom is too short for the volume of traffic at certain times so the traffic was backed up onto the freeway. i guess some people feel they're better than others and shouldn't have to wait in a line of traffic so they keep driving up the next lane and cutting in at the last second. but, understandably, people who have waited don't want to let them in, so the second lane starts to back up. the same thing starts happening with the third lane and before you know it, the freeway traffic is at a standstill for a quarter mile.

selfish people are a pet peeve.
