I've never been to belmont so this should be a fun one, still don't know what i'm gonna wear though, i think a last minute trip to thingz will probably be in order.

Yeah i'd rate Two Tribes up there as one of the best events of the year. The Prodigy were unbelievable, as many would remember. Although Sunshine People & Summadayze were pretty good events in their own respect. In terms of lineup i think Sub Culture has the biggest and most varied rooms of them all. and its the first rave to kick off the summer season. Its HUGE to say the least.

Yer i still think sumerdays had the the best line up - Lisa Lashes, ARMIN VAN BUUREN, de la soul. IMO

belmont raves are always good because they bring in the big crowds.................................AND THERE ARE..............exculators!!!!!! :)

AvB Should be comin back for TT06 :D .. or so ive heard ( also heard either PvD or Tiesto )

only have 2 wait till march for that baby though .. *droool*

^^ AvB @ TT would be bliss. My first TT back on 02` i was witness to what was AvB. From that moment onwards he's been my no. 1 trance DJ. 6 hour set anyone?? K_T i know u remember that one ;)

TT is a fair while away...but cant wait to see the lineup for it though.

Yeh they are gonna have to pull some huge names outta there arse to back up what two tribes was this year

Man this summer is turning into an absolute mother for events

hello all, I am interested in a BL meetup but as I have never been to one I kind of get the feeling that you guys all know each other and I would be a 5th wheel of sorts, what are these BL meetups normally like? do you get many new faces? whats the average age at BL meetups? I am definately going to be at this one so I hope to see you all there. :)

HAHA!!!!!

i'll most definately be at rock-it, jamiroquai, breakfest and hopefully pendulum on boxing day soo BOO to you too :)

^shit is pendulum comming back this year. Saw them earlier and they were absolutely insane and thats comming from someone whos not the biggest fan of drum and bass. Definately quality and well worth it pendulum.

Boxing Day...same day as Breakfest...check out the breakfest thread for details at the last posts. ;)

The same meetup spot as last time sounds good to me.

We should be easy to spot I think... my Jedi rode will be unleashed in all its glory =D =D
Might be a bit later but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

CAnt wait to see you guys out and about again... its been far too long.

Lok1 - I havent got any pre drinks planned as yet... was going ot join rushraver but I dont know If ill make it on time after work.

I thought I quickie on Thursday @ Roller might the job though, a few drinks and a bit of a catchup before the evdent would be good. I've been stuck at home for what seems like ages now. Need to get myself out there and back in the scene.

drinks at roller on thursday night you say

...
Ok, you convinced me ;)

sounds like a plan :)

Come forth Master Jedi Red Koi. You have been summoned to lead the Bluelight force into the unknown region of "Belivimont". Your mission will be to guide those who have been misplaced back to the decisive location and meet-up point. You may come under severe attack by 'gurntroopers' and 'droid-ravers' Good luck in your endeavours. And may the force be with you ;)

Count me in for this event. :)
Havn't seen some of you in ages so will be good to catchup.

orbital and picotto on at the same time!!! i fucken knew it!
on page 1 or 2 i asked who people would choose out of the two because i thought they were on at the same time, then a few people pointed out i had no idea when they would be on...but i had this feeling you know?? like when you know somethings about to happen..or when your being watched...
so who are people going to see?? orbital/half of them are so classic but picotto is also a doggy dog...blast

I do all the planning i can for these types of events. But by that time of night/day the mind just doesn't work as it would.
I'd say first half of orbital...followed by last half of picotto but then that clashes with Moving Fusion and Deekline..decisions upon decision.

One thing i've learned from going to large scale events is pick 1-3 main poeple u really wanna see. and go with the flow from then on.

i think that's one of the main/only things that a single stage event has over larger festivals and such -- you won't miss out on anything. for previous larger-scale events I would always plan ahead and prepare a kind of timetable for myself, but once you're there you nearly always get distracted or lose track of time etc. I agree with you astro^boi about picking a few main ones and then going with the flow. just aslong as you're enjoying yourself at the time nothing else really matters :)
