Long story short. I am prescribed Klonopin, and several other drugs, but not for serious mental issues, just to help with anxiety, and the anxiety of being an ex-heroin user, and am now on a Suboxone program, and my Dr. prescribes me various drugs.
I ran out early, and needed 1 extra pill. One of my girlfriends "friends" (I put friends quotes, because he was a friend was he was under control, now he is a different person).
My girlfriend was NOT buying anything from him, but in the past he has helped her out - me indirectly, if I ever ran a few days or pills low on my klonopin. That seemed normal to me at the time, since I'm on Klonopin.
After being very sketchy, doing things like changing his phone number multiple times, ignoring phone calls for days, disappearing, my girlfriend texted him telling him the urgency of the situation, and could he help, sparring me a trip to the hospital, etc. Since I only need .5-1mg of Klonopin. Finally he responds to her, and they agree to meet, and my girlfriend does a favor for him (nothing sexual or anything bad). He then hands her a hand fill of pills, and said they were not Klonopin, they were something else, then wouldn't talk about it, and left my girlfriends house.
She immediately called me, and told me what it was, and I looked it up finding out that it was Risperidone which is

Found this doesn't have any value what so ever, which make's it worse, since it's just giving away all his drugs with no value to anyone, clearly not taking them.
In addition to what already happened, reports have been coming to my girlfriend, not me, because they were more her circle of friends, about how he's been doing more strange things, talking crazy, being reckless, drinking LARGE amounts of liquor, I believe might be doing steroids.
I was upset with him, and going to say something, because giving someone a "fake" drug could really harm someone who is already taking drugs (both myself and girlfriend) however she told me that he might kill me, and told me more of the stories, including he is in possession of a handgun, and recently found of he was put on disability for being insane.
Now looking back,d we can't admit to taking any of his pills, and this would have to be anonymous, but what should we do. To me this looks like a pre-psychotic break, or he's in the midst of one, and with possession of a firearm, not taking anti-psychotics (several), giving away pills with no value because he's not taking them, drinking excessively, acting and being reckless, and have paranoid-schizophrenia symptoms like hiding for days and changing his number because he thinks people are after him.

Risperidone is an anti-psychotic medication. It works by changing the effects of chemicals in the brain. Risperidone is used to treat schizophrenia and symptoms of bipolar disorder (manic depression).

Granted, I have taken some anti-psychotic medication in the past, Seroquel, but very very rarely, and only because it would knock my ass out into a coma-like state if I ever was in bad need of sleep. So I'm not sure exactly, how bad this is (in terms of mental condition), but hopefully I will find out through research and the other thread.
