I fell from the sky today
I was just trying to to reach you
I looked up and was just reaching
Then I did what I was warned not to do...
I looked down and got dizzy
I lost my balance and fell back to earth
I lay in shock
You do not understand this
It does not matter
We are not supposed to understand everything
Life a twisted riddle
We all wander if we will ever figure it out
But it is nature's course that we have to complete
Some different than others
As the shock wares off
I look back up
How long will I allow myself to lay here...?
Not long
I have to get back up and try again
So back to reaching for what I want I go
And perseverance shall hold me to that
Because I will not give up on you
