ive done mdma like 15-25 times id say in 2 years roughly maybe year and a half , ive stopped forever now and havn't done it in 3-4 months

but i find myself flexing and moving my jaw/ mouth in werid ways making it sore and its super annoying i would love to stop but it seems to just be a habit now

i find i cant chew gum cause after i move my mouth like crazy seems like sometimes are worse then others

has anyone else experienced this?

I kinda get this too, after rolling every week I often find myself grinding/gurning my teeth without meaning to... hell Im doing it now :\

You could try taking a daily multi-vitamin with magnesium in it, that might help relax your muscles. Teeth grinding is usually caused by stress (and the levels of chemicals that create stress are usually higher in MDMA users...) so be aware of that, you might just need a getaway to chill out

ill look into multi vitamins, but yeah drives me nuts my face feels tight and tense alot and im just doing stupid annoying shit without noticing , with my jaw... just want it to stop not doing m anymore so i hope it eventually goes away? does anyone know if it will go away?

Stay away from all drugs, especially alcohol and even weed. It will either go away eventually, you you'll just get used to it...

a lot of people suffer from this already though, ecstasy use or not, if it becomes a problem you might want to look into what they do

I agree with this. I never had any form of bruxism before rolling. Now, when stressed, I find myself clenching. Its a habit for sure, just try to notice it and stop yourself. I wouldn't recommend gum. This is just going to make you continue to use your jaw muscles. Its only good for rolling because YOU WILL GRIND your teeth, you cannot help it. Sober, you can make efforts to stop it.

Try the magnesium for sure, it definitely helps.

Before I started rolling.,I never noticed bruxism, after my share of MD. I catch myself clenching as well without meaning. I just guess that means you're a drug user my friend.

I think that lots of people who have used mdma a fair bit probably gurn away in there sleep.

Last time i went out, my jaw was sore for 2 or 3 weeks im not even lying. That's like literally, the only thing i don't like about it

Increase your intake of B vitamins, magnesium, calcium, and phosphorous. If you can eat a big, mixed green salad that would help a lot, especially if it has kale, broccoli, carrots and sprouts in it. Bruxism is nervous related, and MDMA depletes the body of the essential nutrients that keep the nervous system in check.

last couple days have been really bad , all day it feels like my cheeks are tense and sore causing severe headaches and its almost like i cant do anything about it

i gurn ALL the time.

glad you mentioned this!

i got a gumguard off dentist for teeth grinding when asleep, b ut i dont grind in sleep anymore so... :)

but my jaw, i cant rally explain but i do gurn all the time, glad im not alone... :)

its not like my jaw pops out like when on mephedrone (killer gurn...)

but im actually making my jaw move...it doesent move by itself.

its actually retarded i think i may be clenching in my sleep for one thing, but all day its like cheeks feel tense stressed flexing sore i try to stop it but last few days havn't been able to much. i feel best waking up... and before bed my cheeks are sooo sore from doing it all day i havn't done m in 4 months so i dont know why its becoming more of a big deal lately

i never clenched my teeth before doing m..

it gets worse during the day towards night, but in the day time im not clenching my teeth... it mostly feels like im flexing/ maknig cheek muscles tight and sore
