I don't know about you, but i tend to change my eating habits in a few weeks time.
Let's say, i am completely free of it 1 week in the middle of the summer
Lets's say that i eat 1mg Konopin ( mostly Klonopin )/ Xanax 4-5 doses some weeks
Let's say that i have a couple or three weeks when i need 2mg every day
This has gone on for some years. How do you eat? Do you think my consuming habits tends to be ok? Personally i try to eat, just as much that i need, and so far my life isn't misery 24h day 365 days a year.
But sure, if i would eat more i would feel better, but i wouldn't dare right now. ( i don't want to push it ).
Also i have pretty bad side effects during periods of continous eating= Poor appetite and i can't sleep at night ( just the opposite that is, if i take one dose in a while, i will become more hungry and sleep better ).
Please post your own eating habits and if you want to, i will be very happy for input, and i will try to bring input on your posts aswell, if i feel that i can answer. Thanks and excuse me for my poor english.
