Lol.. but it might be a bit too depressing to listen to after a roll..

"This video contains content from Vevo, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds."

it's only depressing if you interpret it that way. i think the song is pretty! of course, i'd need to see the lyrics to really determine if it's indeed pretty depressing =)

anyway @citizen - i like the song. u posted the same one twice

A couple of my favorites

808 State - Pacific State
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jQ_bOP0HfY

Orbital - Belfast
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HNtsdtnBfk

Animal Collective - No More Runnin'
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezG0c00Kl20

Boards of Canada - the whole of Music Has the Right to Children, but in particular this track:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UYQqeLvHns
and this one:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79SN8I9Fw8M

and lastly the eternal Roads by Portishead
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NipqQ1Wy_Ng

By the way, I'm new here. Hey :)

Someone earlier mentioned Phaeleh - Afterglow
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myH06-ePu8Q

and it's spot on imo!. :)

on the other hand:

and lastly the eternal Roads by Portishead
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NipqQ1Wy_Ng

is just plain wrong.

Who would want to listen to a depressing song like that on a MDMA-comedown? Including the tekst "From this moment how can it feel this wrong..". Yeah, thats just what you want to hear right after coming down from a place where everything is right with the world.

Otherwise the song is kind of nice, but surely not for the occasion.

Wow there are so many good bands been mentioned. 808 State, Zero 7, Boards of Canada, Armin. Such great music. Someone should make a shortlist of the tracks and then make like a .zip file for it or something?

As for myself, I could put on any song by Atlas Sound, the more ambient tunes of Aphex Twin, Thievery Corporation, Toro y Moi, just anything that doesn't make me feel like I am fist-pumping in a club. More lounge-y stuff.

More specifically, this song. Atlas Sound - Let The Blind Lead Those Who Can See But Cannot Feel

Also props to the OP, that dubstep song was awesome!

I always think that sounds like an intro into a banging trance song - I feel pretty frustrated waiting to the beat to drop.

Yeah let's make a BlueLight music pack!! Hand-picked by a few of the more experienced users, almost like a DJ set but with just really good music for a comedown or even during :)
