Percocet+Xanax+gabapentin

I just did a cold water extraction with 15 pills 5mg oxycodone/325 apap in each tab. I also took 1mg Xanax. I am wondering if it would be safe to add in a small amount of Gabapentin in order to enhance the opiate high? The Xanax and oxycodone combo just isn't doing it. I would like to add I also have a opiate tolerance due to me taking suboxone every other day. I sustained from my suboxone for 48 hours before embarking on this journey. Also would it be safe to pop an extra perc or should I avoid this as to not take too much apap?

If you've done your CWE well, you should have ingested minimal APAP so in theory an extra perc should be okay but in practice I wouldn't risk it - APAP is slightly soluble in water, and filtering isn't 100% perfect, so if I do a CWE I always stay well away from taking any extra APAP just in case..

Mixing downers is always risky, and if you add in gabapentin then that's 3 you've taken.. I don't know what your tolerance is (taking a suboxone every other day doesn't tell me) and I don't know how much the gabapentin will potentiate things.. I would avoid it myself, or at least be very cautious..

as effie points out, amongst all the other good HR, we need some indication on your tolerance to each substance before we can begin to help with dosing suggestion.

anyhow, the gabapentin will likely on start taking effect by the time xanax and oxy are coming to an end as it takes a few hours to kick in.

Yeah thats what I was also thinking about as well Leftwing... Anyway I take two tabs of 1mg Xanax everyday so I have a small tolerance to benzos. As well I take two suboxone 8mg every other day but sometimes I won't take it for two-3 days then dose. Which has seemed to raise my opiate tolerance a small bit. I usually need 75mg Oxycodone to feel a small high.
