I've taken 5 perks before and puked a lot so this time I only took 3 split them in half and now my high is coming down and I feel pretty nauseated again, why is this? And is there any way to stop it now? Or prevent it in the future? Thanks!

Any first-generation (sedating) antihistamine will help with the nausea a lot. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl), promethazine, doxylamine, hydroxyzine, etc.

I don't know if you're a cannabis smoker or not but I find that cannabis helps with opiate nausea a lot as well.

how long have you been using percs? is it a regular habit? cause you say that the nausea is coming on because you're coming down.. sounds like it's 1 of 2 things:
1) Normal opiate nausea from a decent dose that can be cure with certain antihistamines (as already stated)
2) Onset of withdrawal symptoms.
When i first started getting a habit the nausea was much worse during withdrawal than it is now for some reason. the first time i experienced withdrawal was the worst for nausea and after almost 5 years of using opiates (hydrocodone->oxy->heroin) the nausea is more minor for some reason. i don't know why that is for me, but other symptoms now are much worse than nausea, like: anxiety, insomnia, leg/joint pains, hot/cold sweats. in that order. i still get nausea, but the gastrointestinal issues (including mud butt lol) are not AS big of an issue as they used to be. it's odd cause friends of mine are the opposite. seems like this only happened to me.. which i'm pretty glad about cause i HATED the nausea and constant shitting water...
 
Some people can't stomach perc's. Could be the APAP in them. I can take anything but my buddy that is 50lbs heavier than me will spew on 1 perc or hydro.

that is likely just extreme sensitivity to opiates, APAP in that dose range rarely has nausea as a side effect.
