I took Percocet 10mg at 10:30 am, along with 20mg Valium. At 1:30pm I took 30mg slow release morphine. Will it be safe to take my evening percocet? I am prescribed percocet and the bottle says take 4 times daily, but I only take it twice daily, because I also have a lot of Tramadol from another injury. The Trams work good for pain too.

What I'm basically wondering is, can I safely take my 10mg perc at 7pm like prescribed even though I took the morphine (which was NOT prescribed, I just "came across" it) awhile back?

This may be a Basic Drug Discussion question...but you should be fine taking your evening Percocet. If you're worried about it being too much, then take 5mg instead of the whole 10mg. It sounds like you have a decent opiate tolerance, however, so you should be good.

I'm new to the forums, so if I post in the wrong area, lemme know. Thanks for the reply. :)

This actually does belong in Basic Drug Discussion; but you should be fine. If you are already regularly taking oxycodone, then one 30mg MS contin shouldn't be too much along with your regular dose of oxycodone.
