By my calculations, you took 4,125mg of acetaminophen in a single dose. While that probably isn't enough to completely destroy your liver and kill you, you could've very well done some damage. If I were you, I would pick up some S-Adenosyl Methionine (sold commercially as SAMe) to protect your liver.
