i'm doing 20mg percocet tomorrow, and my friend has two different kinds of anti-nausea meds he said i could use: Phenergan(promethazine) and Zofran (ondanestron). i really want to take one of them because i haven't gotten high for a while which mean i could get pretty nauseous. has anyone ever tried the painkiller/nausea med combo or know anything about it? i'm pretty sure it's not dangerous, but will it lessen my high?

the phenergen will increase sedation but relieve the itching (histamine release) which may occur.

zofran is usually associated with chemotherapy iirc correctly but will help with nausea.

i'd do a little research of each medications before making up your mind.

i'm going to send this over to basic drug discussion.

If you want to potentiate your high, the promethazine is the way to go. Zofran is just useful for nausea, and doesn't add to the sedation.

yeah definitely go with the promethazine..zofran seems to keep me more alert (which may be good depending on what your doing but if you want the nod stick with promethazine just dont over do it)
