Hello, usually take 60mg of percs. Just found Watson 349. I'm assuming they're the same as 5mg percs but I'm not too sure. Can somebody please help me out? Thanks in advance

No.

Percocet's contain Xmg Oxycodone and 325mg Acetaminophen.
Watson 349's contain 5mg Hydrocodone and 500mg Acetaminophen.

So what would be a good dose to take, considering my experience with percs? I'm not familiar with either of the ingredients in the Watson. Thank you very much, by the way

The 5mg Hydrocodone in Watson 349's is roughly comparable to 3.3mg of Oxycodone.

So it would take roughly 90mg of Hydrocodone to equal your 60mg of Oxycodone. That is equivalent to 18x Watson 349's. However, as previously mentioned, Watson 349's contain 500mg of Acetaminophen/Paracetamol in them so you'd have to do a cold water extraction on them.

This is of course assuming that your 60mg of Oxycodone is instant release, and not slow or extended release, and does not account for any incomplete cross-tolerance of the drugs.

I'm thinking it's best for me to just let these things go. Thank you for your help!
