If you are aiming at the claim that peppermint oil, containing acetaldehyde, converts LSA to LSH... this wouldn't hold true for LSD because LSD already has another functional group on the place the LSH conversion would happen.

Nothing would happen besides making it minty. And by the way I am very sceptic about the peppermint LSH conversion in the first place. Double blind studies or didn't happen.
