People you hate to watch film/TV with.

^ lol that's harsh. I can relate though. My dad just isn't that into movies. I've tried to show him a couple of movies with little to no success. One day though he was walking by right after I had put in Napoleon Dynamite. For whatever reason he was intrigued by the opening credits and sat through the whole thing! Out of all the movies that I would've ever guessed my dad would sit through that is not one I would think would be it.

Neither of us said anything the whole time. At the end of the movie he just turned to me and said something to the effect of "You watch some strange shit." LOL

The Looker: The person who needs to look over and see if you're reacting to the movie the same way they are. When they see that you aren't, they give another look that isn't angry or anything, just disappointed or confused or god knows what. So you're tough - you think this person is just being social and you're being weird and should chill out. Okay: talk to me after watching a few movies with "the looker."

I'm not talking about just regular looking. There's like a whole theater of looks that the looker has in store for every film. I can't really describe it very well and maybe I'm just an anti-social asshole, but it really, really drives me crazy. My best friend caught me being the looker one day, though, so I guess I'm not alone. There was this movie I was really amped about because I had already seen it and I just wanted him to watch it. Now, I'm not the guy mentioned above who will say much about a movie like this during or before, because I don't want to ruin the expectations-experience index for anyone. But with this one I kept looking over, and gradually his face started to look more and more annoyed. He finally told me, "Stop looking at me, you faggot."

Awwww I think "lookers" can be endearing and shtuff, especially when its people I care for and who just want me to enjoy the movie as much as they did <3

Yeah, my dad usually watches war movies, westerns, and dramas. But for some reason, he really likes The Breakfast Club.
 
Your grandmother who keeps asking you what is going on, but does not want to watch it really, but wants to talk, but does not have anything to talk really but wants to just be with you, but you have spend the whole day together and you said it all and done with. Take her home and then watch the movie alone!
 
=D=D=D @ the looker. I really hate that. Makes me concious of how I'm reacting for a minute or so, meaning movie distraction.

I once went on a date with the SuperLooker. He didn't just look... he leaned right in front of me and examined me carefully for a few moments. If I met his eyes, he'd make a helpful comment to prompt me - "gross!" "funny!".


He also kept trying to put his arm around me, which is just impossible in cinema seats. Very annoying. Can't think of a snappy name for that though.

I always sit in the back row tho so i can talk in peace, I m sorry, i jus cant watch a movie without talking, its like hard wired in my brain. Sorry guise.
