It doesn't seem to work, it does work. This isn't some "theory" thought up by some random dude that seems to work for some people and not others. It is simply a more efficient way of delivering the drug of choice to your system. You can think of it as an intermediate step between oral an IV (efficiency wise)... for most drugs at least.
 
i used to have GI track problems so i have had my share of doc's and nurses goin up there and thats it... when they probe you with something the size of a bic pen and it feels like a pop can that meens theres no way i'd do chems like that.... no doubt it increases the high.... but not for me
 
^ There's a big difference between somebody else sticking something up your arse and doing it yourself. If you're controlling it then you're more relaxed and can angle it right so you barely feel it. Certainly isn't painful in my experience.

As dankoni said, the results really are worth it. Definitely my first choice for 2C-x too. Come up in minutes, reduced/no GI discomfort and to top it all off you use less to gain more. Ideal MOA for phenthylamines for me.
 
I might just suggest to people not to start doing this until other ROA arent working well enough, if pills are working fine for you orally and you go and start plugging them all the time it wont be long before plugging them wont work so good and theres not really anywhere you can go from there except stopping, taking more or IV'ing which I dont recommend.

It is good for things like Morphine and Ketamine with low oral BA if its not sniffable or your nose is not liking the regular/daily snowstorms.
 
i've actually wanted to try plugging poppy pod tea. the thing is i usually just stir the grounds together with some emergen c powder and water (it has both baking soda and citric acid) and drink it down. i would wonder about plugging both the grounds and the emergen-C.

any ideas?

I don't think plugging the actual grounds would be a great idea. I would plug the filtered tea, but not the grounds.
 
^ Indeed and agreed - filter the bits out for sure. And be cautious with dosing as you will most likely need significantly less than orally - ODing would be a real possibility. Never plugged (or even used actually) PPT but as a very rough guide plugged dose tends to work at around half the oral dose for most drugs I've tried with both methods. Obviously that depends on the BA and so forth, but I always start low with plugged doses cos they can be super-intense.
 
you could fit a lot up there before worrying about leakage, and while I wouldn't do it at a party it is def not gay to get more for less...
 
Right, people in another thread are talking about women plugging drugs up their *ahem* 'hoo-ha' and are particuarly interested as to whether opiates and benzos would have any effect if put up there? :|
This has got me intrigued now and as there seemed to be a wealth of people who knew a lot about popping drugs where the sun don't shine on this thread, (=D)
I figured I'd bump it and see if any of you had the answer?
 
^ I'd be very surprised if it didn't work via the front bottom and have heard of it being done sometimes. Wouldn't be a good option though as the vagina is a very delicately balanced ecosystem that doesn't take kindly to chemical onslaughts. Back bottoms all the way :D
 
Why is this thread even surviving? It's every time a new person coming up, arguing for 2-3 posts that it's gay to plug, and people who don't have a problem with a part of their own body replying that it's not.

The rectum is not "meant" for drugs? Like evolution or God (or whatever you're into) designed the nose for cocaine, the lungs for meth or the arm veins for opiates? It's probably much safer to have all those adulterants and fillers in your rectum than in your bloodstream, lungs or nasal passages, IMO.

Probably not. Plugging is a more direct route to your bloodstream which bypasses first pass metabolism. The oral route will filter out many of those nasties and prevent them from entering your bloodstream. Plugging should only be used if you are sure of the contents or your substance. Like I said, you can think of plugging as an intermediate step between oral and IV.
 
The only thing I'd consider doing this with is peyote.

However, feeling a great mesc buzz coming on like a freight train while trying not to explosively shit might be a problem.
 
You don't feel like you have to shit if you keep the amount of liquid very low.
