Walking around in a bra isn't listed as a side effect of any drug.
Disinhibition can be caused by a lot of drugs. Or mental health pronlems. Or by not being a prude.

I was at gas station today and there was female walking around with just underwear and bra well last week guy walking around nude.

I hear people high on PCP like to walk around nude but I’m not sure could also be meth. So my question is why do some drugs you want to strip your clothes off and have little to no clothes on or be nude?

I would imagine if they used stimulants it's because of hyperthermia. They cookin' and feel hot.
