Pennsylvania Allows Syringe Sales Without Prescription, Effective Immediately!

I mean the few times ive done this the first time they sai dthey onl yhad 30 gauge 3/10 cc needle , but I still took them but the last time the guy seemed kind of idk uneasy about it but he gave me what I asekd for and sold me just a 10ct pack

I live in California, and I tried to go into a drug store and get a 100ct box of insulin syringes a while back. The lady said that I need some sort of proof that I am a diabetic. According to this article, it is completely legal to buy syringes over the counter in California, correct?

Last part of the article:

Now the number of states that do not allow syringe sales without a prescription is down to two: Delaware and New Jersey.

I used to buy them by the 100ct box. at Walgreens its cheaper... 5 bucks for a 10 pack, or 15 for a 100ct box... Hmmm I wonder??

LOL Here we have free needles on wheels in AUS.
Theyll bring 50 to your door if you want, and take your dirty ones as long as theyre capped and in a container.
Also when the chemists and exhanges and shooting rooms are closed. We have 24 hour vending machines!

A pharmacist can deny you buying APAP of they wanted. Depends how open they are and if its a city area theyre more liely to sell them

Well, what is the best way to buy syringes from a drug store? I mean, it should be legal here, but the pharmacist said she couldn't without proof of diabetes. Is there something I should be saying, or something I should be doing that will make it more likely that they will sell them to me?

Would bringing in a copy of the law on paper help? Or was it just the pharmacy I went to?

Uh I know this might sound crazy but it might just work, why don't you just try going to another pharmacy and asking? Why are you trying to force this one place to sell to you, they obviously don't want your business so go elsewhere.

I mean where I am all kinds of interesting things are either OTC, or at least sold OTC illegally in 98% of pharmacies.
So when I encounter some asshole mom&pop pharmacy that turns up their nose and says "um we don't sell paregoric/codeine linctus/whatever but we have immodium/robitussin/whatever which is just as good" I just turn around and walk out the door and go to a place that doesn't care about anything but profit. Its just that simple!

I didn't buy them, my friend did (not a junkie..very clean cut lookin') and he said they were for his grandmother. He threw in a few details about how her house burned down and she sent him out. He also wrote the size/gauge on a piece of paper so it seemed a bit more legit.

He said the pharmacist asked very innocent questions and ironically as he was leaving the guy behind him started to talk to the pharm. about the new law and the pharm. was saying he thought it was a good thing.

This was near New Hope, PA.

PA's always a few steps behind. Just an old school area. I grew up near Pittsburgh...

But the Philly folks love to shoot stuff up so thats a good thing for them. And the country meth heads have safer access to stuff now.

Its so retarded that it can even be a prescription for something like that in the first place. Sad when peru has syringes for 5 cents over the counter, and yet a developed nation is developed up its own ass.

Yeah if a place says they sell no psuedo products but they have phenylephrine i said a gram of that wouldnt unblock my nose what a scam.

I know nothing about the illicit drug scene in Peru, but I have found in places where there is no heroin and never has been on the illicit drug market syringes are usually freely availiable as well as more relaxed access to less potent medical opiates(codeine etc).

So someplace where IV drug users are something thats exists on TV versus in real life can't be compared really, they never experience the societal backlash.

How much is a box of 100? I've been going to the needle exhange in Philly for over a year free, getting 40 at a time. I doubt I would ever pay for them when they are free around the corner.
