Stimulants Penis skin came off during shower...

Ok so I'll start with the start:

August 15: Noticed a weird pain on the back of my penis head during masturbation. Unusual but nothing to worry about.

August 20: Pain persisted and noticed 50% decrease in pleasure.

August 25: Pain persisted, pleasure decreased to 25%. A large part of the penis head skin was found to be shiny!?

September 3: During shower, when applying soap and rubbing with my hand to clean, about 30% of the skin came off and a red spot was left. The red spot triggered a 10/10 pain intensity when isopropyl alcohol was applied (I almost passed out).


Does anyone know if this is friction damage, infection or amphetamine related? For your info, when I hit it I hit it hard and long I don't mess around. I use dexamphetamine.

so you were never circumcised as a baby? or did the whole thing just fall off?
 
Good question. It could be related to amphetamine use, as amphetamines can cause vasoconstriction (meaning less blood is getting to the skin of your penis, causing the skin to die)...but I've never heard of it being this extreme. Some people have issues getting or staying hard while using amphetamines because of vasoconstriction...but this is a bit different.

I'd go so far as to say you're jerking off too often.
 
I'd second NeighborhoodThreat on the beating off too much haha. It sounds like you just beat your dick raw.
 
There's something very strange going on here, but I don't think that it's related to your taking amphetamines. I had a much more serious amphetamine habit than the one you're describing, and my penis skin never fell off... I'd go see a doctor, man.

Yea but OP is proly jacked on amp jerking for hours on end. When the skin was "shiny" it. Was proly cause he already burned a layer or two of skin off. OP use your (other) head if your dick hurts while beating, stop. At least quite after it blisters up. And failing that don't pour rubbing alcohol on your dick when its already raw wtf. Don't ever do meth you'll end up with no dick.

Moral of the story: Don't treat your penis like an old school metal tonka truck that you could beat up all day.

It's exactly what happens, the penis head turns cold. I used to give a 2 day break in between each binge but since I noticed the pain, I increased that to 3 days and lately 4 days. It wasn't enough. Now I've stopped completely and started a healthy diet and regular Tylenol intake.

This may be a hard question but does anyone know when I can get my dick back? To solve the urge problem I stopped dex and began opioids. It works because I used to be a really horny guy, now I don't even think about sex, only after 2 days of taking them.

LMAO, that was funny but all kidding a side, I too agree with others that you are jacking it too often, especially on stims.
