Never heard of it until recently.......... I've seen the "device" in a picture, it's really pretty funny. It's a device that you stick your dick in, and then pump it and your dick gets hard. Taking viagra is probably safer as the idea of sticking my penis in a device of some kind sketches me out big time

They have been around for years but are quite common and used by a lot of people - some people who suffer from erection problems use them to get hard (put dick in pump, create a vacuum which inflates the penis, put a cock ring or band on the base of your cock to stay hard and away you go).

That's not saline it's silicone - saline is eventually just absorbed back into the body and your dick, balls etc go back to normal size. The above guy used silicon implants to have his permanently changed !

I'm not sure if you have seen the Body modification where people inject saline into their foreheads to make strange shapes - its the same procedure but on your dick or balls etc (basically you can inject the saline anywhere on the body).
