peculiar white powder

I've never had this happen. Dealer claimed it was coke. Fairly large, hard white jagged chunks. Got no numb. Really got wired. Lot of muscle soreness.
Heart beat at 120 for 3-4 hours.
Really sore hamstring and calf muscles, felt like I had flexed them for hours.
And I never left the bedroom. Any idea what it could have been?
