Tonight i felt happier than ever, i did it without drugs, without buying a new car or set of clothes.
I did it by following the few simple things in the poem below.

Peaceful Surroundings 10/09/01
Peaceful things are most often the simplest.
Money gets you things, not feelings,
Things don’t make you happy,
You can’t use things to cover up emotions.
Happiness is a feeling, not a fast car.
A fast life is a complicated life,
Complications make worries,
Worries interrupt peaceful minds,
A peaceful mind is a free mind.
Pleasure is being content with your self
Being content with your self is the most important thing
How others feel about you means nothing
You control your own feelings, not others
Escape these things,
Lie down and look at the sky
Clear your head
Enjoy happiness and be content
