It feels so secret
so guarded
like I shouldn't
talk about it

silence is murder

whatever I saw
whatever it is they are
answers so far from me
but I won't deny what I've seen

waiting is murder

if you woke up one night
to see one of them standing there
if you had to look in their eyes
like black holes that suck you in

feel them crawling around in your head
they see your everything, know your everything
feel so scared, naked, incapacitated
what do you want from me, why show this to me

whatever I saw
whatever it is they are
answers so far from me
but I won't deny what I've seen

if you looked up one day
saw all hope for our future die in a gaze
in a child's grin beneath unearthly eyes
what could you say
what could you say

silence is murder

if they told you what they told me
that I'm neither here nor there but in between
what side would you root for
when both seem overun by insanity

if they told you what they told me
that days are numbered, times will be changing
if they showed you what they showed me
how responsible would you feel for everything
how powerless over everything

waiting is murder

whatever I saw
whatever it is they are
answers so far from me
but I won't deny what I've seen

I went as far as I could
with the nuts and bolts
maybe I can find peace in metaphor
meaning in a sea of symbols
maybe that's all they are

I went as far as I could
with the nuts and bolts
how far can I go with this
new perspective?
Can I find peace?

I once said that
either way is frightening:
one, I'm fucked,
I am hopelessly insane,
trapped in illusion
two, we all are, and I've been
cursed with moments of clarity.

Either way it seems I can do nothing.
Rather it be me than the world around.
Rather it be me than the world around.

How far can I go with this
new perspective?
Can I find peace?

The question:
it feels so secret
so guarded
like I shouldn't
talk about it

silence is murder

whatever I saw
whatever it is they are
answers so far from me
but I won't deny what I've seen

silence is murder
but what can I say?

the waiting is murder
but what can I do either way?

Would we welcome the truth
if they came knocking on our door?
Would we answer and listen
to these strangers?

Let us be open to truth
when they come our way
let us roll with the punches.

Let me roll with these punches.
Let me act in intelligence with conscience or
let me wait in peaceful silence.

Let me find peace.
Let me find a way.
Let me find peace in
what I cannot change.

Wow. Either the Jehovah's Witnesses got to you, or you're ready to do some soul-work.

Letting go is difficult. But don't let difficulty scare you. What you resist persists. What you look at disappears.

-Namaste

All I have to say is keep focused on what you feel. You will find more truth in that than anything else. Don't trust your 5 senses, just your heart. The third eye open helps too. Learn to open it at will, and see what happens.
